Jacqueline Carter is an international partner and leads Potential Project in North America. She works with many of our global accounts including Cisco, Accenture, Danaher, Eli Lilly and IKEA to enhance leadership and organizational performance. She is the co-author of “The Mind of the Leader” published by Harvard Business Review Press in March 2018 and of “One Second Ahead – Enhance Your Performance at Work with Mindfulness” published by Palgrave Macmillan in November 2016. She is a sought-after keynote speaker and a faculty member of the Inner MBA. She also speaks regularly at major conferences including ATD and Work Human. Prior to joining Potential Project, Jacqueline was a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Change Leadership practice.
Marissa is a Partner and the head of Global Accounts. She is a driving force behind leadership development and change initiatives at multinational companies. A mindfulness practitioner for over 25 years, Marissa is recognized for her breadth of knowledge and deep experience in transforming organizations by transforming the mind. She is a sought-after speaker at leading HR and leadership conferences about the impact of mind training on high-performance cultures, as well as the mental qualities of excellent leaders. She has worked with leading companies, including Bloomberg, Cisco, Eli Lilly, LVMH, Medtronic, Pfizer, White & Case, Varian, and Verizon Media.
Moses Mohan is Partner and head of Leadership Solutions at Potential Project. He is the architect of Potential Project’s cutting-edge leadership programs, blending neuroscience, behavioral psychology and contemplative practices to unlock breakthrough performance for leaders from the inside out. He partners with leading organizations such as Accenture, IKEA and Unilever to drive systemic interventions that unleash human potential at scale. A regular contributor on topics at the intersection of ancient wisdom, leadership and transformation at Harvard Business Review and Forbes, he is contributing author to the forthcoming book, Compassionate Leadership: How to Do Hard Things in a Human Way. Prior to joining Potential Project, Moses advised leading financial services at McKinsey and Company and the Government of Singapore on industry transformation, and was an ordained Zen Monk.
